Neeha comes from Bangladesh and is a doctor, she has completed her MBBS degree from Bangladesh Medical College and Hospital and pursued a Psychiatry Residency program at Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). Additionally, she has  15 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, and neurology and is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who understands cultural nuances. She believes in creating a safe space for her clients where they feel heard, supported, and hopeful throughout their healing journey. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and introduces mindfulness practices in her therapy sessions.

Acsana comes from Chittagong, Bangladesh, and has over 12 years of experience in the field of Psychology. She has completed a Master’ of Social Work, moreover, her passion for service is rooted in her belief in giving back to society. In counseling sessions with Acsana, she would use an integrative approach of various modalities that provide client-centered care that builds on resilience and strength. She also provides counseling sessions for couples. Apart from work, she loves to learn about different cultures by traveling and enjoys reading.
