Sessions occur over HIPPA-compliant video -Zoom Health. They are 100% confidential and privacy-protected.

Does insurance cover my sessions?

Yes, all the therapists registered with bookmytherapy also speak English.

How do I find the right therapist for me?

1. Choose the language of your choice
2. Book a virtual session with them either a complimentary 15 minute session or a 50 minute therapy session.
